Hi! I'm Lara. I am a Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner a clairvoyant medium and an energy reader a gift that I have been able to integrate into my coaching practice. I have always had deep intuition and a drive to help those in need. My core passions are human psychology; making sense of what makes us the way we are and how to navigate the game of life with all its trials tribulations and beautiful moments. I started that journey by exploring myself and the more I discovered the more I began to understand other people in return. This opened up my gift for reading peoples energy so when I speak to people I am able to see beyond what the client is showing me on the outside. Its a beautiful journey to be on which I've been fortunate enough to combine with my coaching practice. My life's purpose is to make a positive difference and empower people in their lives by building their confidence and helping them understand themselves. I specifically focus on women whom I feel share a particular set of challenges.
